ABOUT

Carmen
McLean
Carmen McLean uses God’s Word, along with her personal experiences to equip and encourage people from all walks of life. Her path has taken many interesting and difficult turns over the years. Carmen grew up in a pastor’s home, but drugs and addiction tore her family apart. She gets real about the struggles, but more importantly, she shares how God has brought amazing restoration to her life.

Carmen enjoys conducting women's retreats to bring women closer to God and closer to each other. She has written for two magazines and has also written three books of her own: Daddy’s Little Girl, which brings to light the struggles from her broken past and the restoration God brings; Learning to Live Above, a practical devotional for those wanting to live above their circumstances; and her latest book, Worry Keep Out!, which teaches how to kick worry out of our lives.

God has blessed Carmen with a wonderful husband, Chris, and two incredible boys, Nathan and Nicholas. The boys have recently gotten married and brought two beautiful women of God into the family. Now she is eagerly awaiting the chance to completely spoil her grandchildren!
Carmen loves Jesus, loves her family and loves chocolate (in that order), and she is passionate about teaching others to enjoy everyday life with Christ.
